Terms and Conditions

1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, and agreements between BDB Turbine Parts and its customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Quotations and Offers

All quotations and offers are non-binding, unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices are exclusive of VAT and any shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated.

3. Agreements

An agreement is concluded upon written confirmation by BDB Turbine Parts or upon commencement of the execution of the assignment.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative and not binding, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Exceeding delivery times does not entitle the customer to compensation or termination of the agreement.

5. Payment

Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. In case of late payment, the customer is automatically in default and BDB Turbine Parts is entitled to charge statutory interest and collection costs.

6. Warranty and Liability

BDB Turbine Parts guarantees that the delivered products meet the usual requirements and standards. The warranty period is in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the information, documentation, and advice provided by BDB Turbine Parts remain with BDB Turbine Parts, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be exclusively submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
